charming stay in the city
convenient location refreshing pool thoughtful finish minimal soundproofing
the location was very convenient. the 28 tram line was only 20 meters away. the plunge pool offered a nice refreshment. the hotel had thoughtful finishes throughout.
Soundproofing in the rooms was minimal. I could hear noises from other rooms.

charming stay in the heart of everything
central location balcony view diverse breakfast attentive staff
the location was ideal for exploring the city's attractions everything was easily accessible the room upgrade i received included a lovely balcony with views i enjoyed the diverse breakfast options i appreciated the attentive staff who were always ready to assist with any needs
the shower door felt loose and the seal was coming off it also dripped during the night this woke me up a few times

breakfast offered many selections to suit various tastes all ingredients looked fresh and well-prepared it took place in a peaceful courtyard adding charm to the morning routine the setup was appealing.

mixed feelings about this place
awful soundproofing mold in the shower
the location was central and quite convenient for getting around. the breakfast was also acceptable, with a reasonable variety of options.
The soundproofing was awful. I could hear every little thing from other rooms as if it were happening right next to me. the furniture looked worn, and there were water stains. mold in the shower. it wasn't the relaxing experience i was hoping for. The pool looked more like a neglected plunge pool.

helpful staff welcome gift breakfast options relaxing pool
the staff was helpful and friendly. i got a welcome gift upon arrival. breakfast was great, it had many options. the pool area was a nice break after touring.
the room was a bit small.

the hotel located close to everything. the tram line is a short walk away, it makes access easy. many points of interest spread through difficult city, but it had easy access to many places by foot.
